With a career that spans nearly two decades in retail leadership, analytics, and network strategy, Andrew brings extensive direct experience managing site selection, leasing, design, construction, and facilities across Nova Scotia.

Andrew has negotiated complex lease agreements with national landlords, partnered with brokers and developers on new sites, and led design and construction teams. He oversaw new builds, major renovations, and multi‑site refresh programs and delivered over 70 projects for the NSLC, including the introduction of retail Cannabis to Nova Scotia and its flagship Dartmouth Crossing location.

As a hands-on leader, Andrew is able to connect business goals to practical, on‑the‑ground execution. He’s known for bringing clarity to complex projects, aligning stakeholders and ensuring decisions are grounded in both data and real‑world constraints. Today, he uses that experience to help organizations plan, negotiate, design, and deliver construction projects with confidence.
